yes we are expecting a cumulative update today. updates are generally available near midnight wrt IST .

only some bug fixes. Didnt find anything new. The new build is .318

edit: oh the most important one is possibly the hide navigation bar thing works on 8.1 apps. Im able to hide bar in Whatsapp/WC app etc
