Can you create rules for exchange mailbox?

I have finally managed to get my WP7 working with exchange afetr manually sending myself the certificate

Next question, Is there a way to manage emails from senders to create rules? like I have on my outlook 2012 on my desktop, so i can automatically move or delete certain emails that are automated from applications etc (which effeectively spam your inbox)

I cant seem to find an option to create any kind of filter or rule so im guessing you cant
