Can you help me get my cursor back.

It seems to be a common problem. There is a video on how to try to do it but I can't follow it. My computer is new and came with windows 10. it is an Asus.

This happened to me once and what worked for me was to simply Shutdown my PC (not Restart) and turn it on again. Have you tried this?
