can you help with plugged in not charging issue

[Windows Central Question]

I have an hp pavillion g7 and have upgraded to windows 10.
My battery does not charge. I have a new battery now and I still get
"plugged in not charging"
I tried an uninstall and reboot.
Others have had this issue but they're solutions are not helping.
Can you help me?
