Can you identify this text as a virus?

I have been getting at increasing intervals a code like text with unknown origins. Can anyone identify or tell me how to get rid of it or block it? Can I turn off or remove texting? I did a hard reset just two months ago. I'm running Windows 10 on a Lumia 650. I'll be upgrading to a 950 xl in two months. Here is a copy of the text. //VVM:STATUS:st=U;rc=1
