Hi,
My kids phone was always running very low on space and it locked up on her. I hard reset via hardware keys and when asking for MS account during set up took but when we go into the phone the account is not present.
I then tried to use the Device Recovery Tool and it could not update or rather downgrade.
When trying to add an account (About Me) OS thinks it's using a local account. When we try to add the MS account from here it wants to use Edge (find an app in the store) which oddly after the hard reset is missing.
Maybe I can side-load Edge to get the MS login?
