Cannot connect my phone to Windows 7 PC

Theres a few threads for this already - restart your phone and it should sort it out.

Have restarted plenty of times. I was able to connect to my HOME PC, but I have been getting this error whenever I try to connect my mobile on my Office PC. I have also tried and updated my MTP device driver, and have tried doing this also : How to Fix MTP USB Device Driver Problem in Windows 7

Can you please suggest me an another way to sort this out.

I can only suggest trying a couple of different usb ports. When i had the issue on mine it took me three attempts to find a usb port that worked properly after a phone restart.

Have a search for a few of the threads on here and see if anyone else has had the same issue as yourself.
