Cannot download games without error since updating to WP8.1

[WPCentral Question]

Ever since my wp upgraded from 8 to 8.1 I have had trouble downloading games etc. And I keep getting an error code!!! What is up with this?

What error codes are you getting?

Are you using WiFi or mobile network data?
