Cannot Download WP8.1 GDR1

"We are currently unableto check for updates. (80072ee2)." This is what is being shown when I check for updates since 5 hours.

It is cause of time out. You should use high speed internet connection. Trust me.

I have the same problem... While I checked for update it shows that my phone is upto date. I changed by language and region and even keyboard hoping to get update...
