Cannot log in.

[Windows Central Question]

I just got my Surfac Pro this morning. I plugged it in and set it up. Then I unplugged it and took it to work to finish charging it. It will not let me in and does not recognize me. Now what?

I THINK you might have to reinstall windows to fix this issue
