Hello if anyone can help with this strange problem it will be greatly appreciated, here goes I will try to keep it simple.
My Lumia 640 works fine had it for sometime and everything is great except for one big problem to myself.
A website that I use frequently I cannot no longer log onto, all I get is a BLACK screen, I can log onto and search the web OK for things.
The site is live as I have asked others to call it up for me to ascertain.
I have taken battery out put it back and done a hard reset twice.

I hope there is someone out there who may be able solve this tricky problem for me, Microsoft could not help yesterday.
