Can't able to download apps or games from store more than 150mb even on wifi

Whenever I try to download a game more than 150mb in windows 10 mobile,it show code error: 0x800704C6 or 0x80070070.
Anyone know how to fix it,i am facing this problem from almost 15 days.
I tried to reset my phone but it doesn't fixed it,i am on build 15063.138 slow ring.
Help me please
