Can't access mail, contacts, or calendar after updating my phone

[Windows Central Question]

I have a Lumia 640 phone. I installed the Windows update app and it told me I could upgrade to W10. I did. For the most part it went OK but I have signed in to my Outlook account a dozen times but it does not show up when I go to "manage accounts" My other pop mail shows up fine, but I don't have any contacts. Also my calendar is not showing any of my information that is in my schedule.

It is like it is not recognizing my sign in information. Very annoying.
