can't access windows phone store???

hi....is anyone having trouble downloading apps from windows phone store? last night nothing wrong, but now when i want to download app it keeps showing "we can't connect to the store right now. bla...bla...bla and bla". one more thing, anyone having trouble with whatsapp in WP8? using it a couple a weeks now in Lumia 920, and having a couple problem. such as missing favorites contacts and notification number in apps keeps adding number.....anyone can help?? plz and thx

the Windows Phone Store back to normal now....thank fully. but still having trouble with Whatsapp. My "Favorites" list of friends are gone? all ready tap to refreash couple of time and still missing!!! anyone can help?
