Cant buy apps in windows 10 store (PC) with microsoft account.

I have money in my Microsoft account but there seems to be no way to use it in the windows 10 store app (PC).

It gives me the option to use my Microsoft account on my windows phone and my xbox but not my PC.

Anyone else have this issue...
