can't buy explicit songs

I tried to buy "What I've Done" by linkin park which has nothing explicit but the album was labeled explicit. Microsoft told me to set up My Family. I'm an individual user I don't want to set up My family. According to Microsoft:

▼I am not a child, but I see a message on my phone telling me to set up My Family.
This message might appear if an adult's Microsoft account is missing certain information, such as the account owner's date of birth or country/region. Sign in to account.live.com with the account and fill in the missing info.

I did that and all my info are already filled in. IDK what to do. Microsoft is being very stupid and frustrating by not letting an adult purchase songs.

Have you contacted Xbox Music support and asked them what is happening?

how do I even do that?
see the problem with Microsoft is that it's not very intuitive to contact their support.
