Cant change date

For some odd reason the date on my surface is 2 days behind and the time is off by over a hour even though I have the time zone set correctly.

I cant seem to fix this odd error, any help?

On typical windows, you can go to Date and Time -> Internet Time -> Change Settings -> Update Now.

I haven't tried it on my surface though, but I think it should be there.

Yes, that is still the case for Windows RT as well. In my experience, this problem is usually caused automatic internet time syncing being off (or having failed for some reason) and the system is syncing with a router that has the wrong time and date. I obviously don't know if that is the situation here but it is usually the case when I have helped people with this sort of problem. If it was just the time being off by a couple hours, nine times out of ten the device is still set to Redmond time or a setting was reset and it defaulted to it....
