Can't connect my Powerspec G418 (Windows 10) to my Galaxy Tab S4's hotspot

As shown in the attached screen recording, the WLAN card appears to be momentarily disabled, then reinstalls, but won't connect to my new hotspot. All devices are allowed to connect to the new hotspot. I can connect my Powerspec to my LG V20's hotspot without problems. Also, my Chromebook connects to the new hotspot with no problems.

What steps should I take in order to remedy this problem?
