Can't connect to chat all the time

I can't seem to get connected to chat all the time. But the reception on my phone seems perfectly fine, my friend experience the same thing now and then as well.
Anyone know how to get this fixed?

I wish I could help, but let's just say, in WP, it isn't as robust as we want it to be.

Affects both my HTC and my Nokia Windows phone devices and it is a pain. And I used wordflow for most of that sentence. That's brilliant!

I had the same problem for two days in a row, then I decided to restart my phone. Now the chat works as normal.
