Can't copy pictures from PC to PHONE

I have windows 7 on my pc and a nokia lumia 520 with latest windows phone software.
If i try to sync my photos, i can copy my photos from my phone to my pc, but I can't copy my pc photos to my phone.
I tried zune, windows phone app for desktop and explorer.

As a workaround, have you tried transferring them via OneDrive? You can download one or more OneDrive albums to the phone with a single action, which is quite neat
