Can't crop, rotate, delete or save pictures? What's up with that?

So, ever since 8.1 i have experienced an incredible amount of times that i either can't rotate, crop, delete or save picture. Sometimes any editor, like Black and Photoshop express will open the picture rotated 90 degrees without me doing something. Even loading them into 6tag (instagram) will rotate them further.

I have now witnessed this on 920, 630/635, 930 and 735.

Can anyone please tell me that i am not going insane. I just tried to delete a picture 40 times. It is still there. After reboot i cn delete right away, but come on!!!! This is the most annoying bug ever!

I noticed this happening with the L1020 only when another app is running in the background that has access to the photo album (such as a camera app). For example, if I open a weather app that uses a custom photo for the lock screen then go to the settings to choose a photo for the lock screen, and then in the middle of choosing I find I photo that I want to delete and so I go to the photo hub to delete that photo, that photo will not be deleted. It will also not be editable. Closing the app first would enable me to delete the photo.

40 times?!?! I think thrice is enough for an attempt.

Yeah well i wanted to see how many times it took.... fiy. I had to restart.
