Can't download tracks with Groove Pass?

It first happened on my desktop, and now it is on my SP3 as well: when I try to download tracks for offline listening with a pass, I get a "Download Error" "Show Album (in red)" warning in the top right hand corner. Clicking show album brings me to a page that reads "Sorry! Groove services aren't available right now. Try again later."

I can stream to my heart's content, but no downloads. Restarting doesn't help in the slightest.

Anyone know anything about this issue?

I just upgraded to windows 10 and i'm having the same problem now that I'm using Groove instead of xbox music.

Did you find a way to fix it?
