Can't Edit Workbook...

So, in attempts to be a better steward of my resources (and the church's) I'm trying to be much better in logging my mileage. So, I naturally want to use my Lumia 920 to do this.

First - Does anyone have a simple mileage form that calculates mileage, rate/mile, and reimbursement due? I have one and it works really well on my PC...

Second - ANyone know how to edit such files on your phone? I keep getting 'Can't edit workbook' errors... It is saved as a new .xslx file from Office 2010

Most, if not all, of the apps are for tracking gas mileage which isn't what I want to do.

The other link is where I received the Excel file that can't for some reason be edited on my Lumia 920...
