cant get phone alerts. using alcatel phone

There's supposedly an option to turn on call alerts but they are only under Lumia settings. I have the tmobile alcatel phone, and it doesnt have it. Is there a fix to this? I need to get alerts for calls.

by call alerts do you mean notifications for missed calls?

You need to make sure phone has a ringtone and notifications enabled

Accessory apps doesnt exist on alcatel. so is ringtones and notifications. wtf??
