Can't Import from SIM

So I started up a new Nokia Lumia 620 with all the contacts on the SIM card but when I go to the People hub the Import form SIM option is greyed out. What should I do?

If your previous phone was a Nokia than there the ability to transfer contacts within the settings on the phone. There is an app from Nokia on the Windows store, not quite sure how that works, install it and give it a try

You can import the contacts to your Microsoft account, using import contact(csv), then use the same account om your windows phone . Sync it
