Cant make Cortana show or work

Hi everybody
I have a Lumia 630, and I cant figure out how make Cortana show or work, although I have achieved in the past.
The only difference is now I use a different email account.
I have keyboard, region, language, speech and even time zone set to US, but Cortana still does not appear in the applications list.
I have Windows Phone 8.1 build Denim 8.10.14219.341, with last avaible update, Preview For Developers app installed and enabled.
Also deactivated the battery saving, activated the location and I am connected to internet.
I've tried turning off the mobile phone and turn on, as well as several soft resets, but nothing works.
I think i'm not forgetting anything ...
Hard Reset is not an option for now ... I'd rather wait for the upgrade forWindows 10 ...
But I'd like to re-experience the Cortana, any suggestions?

What happens when you hold down the search key?

if i press, shows the Bing page
if i hold, start's the standart Voice Search...

I know it is a bit tricky enable Cortana outside the US, but I managed to do a few months ago, I know more or less the steps but already searched the internet and can not find anything that works ...
