Can't see app in notification + action setting

I installed messenger app today, but why i can't see messenger app in my notification and action center setting...?

I installed messenger app today, but why i can't see messenger app in my notification and action center setting...?

Open your messenger app, sign in, setup for notifications.

When the app posts it first notification banner, the notification center will pick it up.

Wait for the next toast notification by the Messenger and after that it'll be seen on the notification+action setting

Open messenger app click settings and check wether notifications are On or not
