Can't see cortana after updated to windows 10

Hi, I'm sumi I've updated my mom's Lumia 520 from windows 8.1 to windows 10 using windows insider... I used Cortana when it was windows 8.1... After updated to windows 10 I can't see Cortana... Please someone one help me to find that...

Check your regional settings, set it to us and reboot.

Btw cortana should be sitting next to the startmenu on your taskbar. If not, use the "win+c" combo to see if she pops up

Thanks... But I have that main problem... I can't download U.S or U.K language... When I'm trying to download its showing error...

Oh in that case the solution is to downgrade to 8.1 using the recovery tool, downloading the languages you want, then upgrade back to 10. This is a user suggested solution, I haven't tried it personally
