I'm having issues sending and receiving pictures on my Lumia 1520 not to mention some other issues. Before updating to 8.1 it was working fine even on DP. I checked the apn settings & everything is correct. When I go to access point in settings it just closes on me. Do you guys think this might be the problem. I'm using a unlocked ATT 1520 on T mobile. This is my 5th windows phone but I think it might be my last. The only reason I went with windows phone was because I loved Nokia. Now with all this Microsoft bs going on I might just sell my phone & my surface pro 2.

Doesn't sound normal. I am using an imported 1520 in Canada. If editing access points is not working have you installed the separate app called Access Point or done a factory reset? This isn't anything to do with 8.1 or cyan but a problem with the update. This can happen for any system. I had an iPhone and and Galaxy S3 with massive issues that I had to fix after an update. It happens.

Happened to me. Just go to SMS settings and disabled the confirmation to Mms
