When on a standard cellular phone call, I'm trying to hit the video button to switch the call to Skype Video. However, when I do, my phone tells me I don't have a compatible app installed and wants me to find one on the store. Latest version of Skype Preview is installed (11.13.122.0) and I'm on W10M 10.0.15063.0. The only think the store can find compatible is Skype Preview, which it insists, correctly, that it is installed already. However, the phone doesn't recognize it as being installed if I'm in a call.
Is this a bug on the phone? Or did I miss a setting somewhere? If a bug, I'll go through and report it through appropriate channels. If I missed a setting, I'd like to get it up and running. Wondering if others are experiencing the same or if it is just me.
Thanks in advance for any appropriate responses. (Notice I'm not thanking you for inappropriate responses. )
