Can't synce movies or TV shows.

When I try and sync any movies or TV shows, it zooms by the sync process and nothing is transferred to my phone [NL900]. They are all in MP4 format. Anyone have any idea?

Are they purchased from Zune Marketplace or other source?

Most likely, that's happening because it can't officially convert them to WMV format at a proper size, so it's crapping out.

No they're not from Zune marketplace. I thought WP7 supported other formats. It's a real bummer if that's not the case.

Support for playback, yes... but the Zune software doesn't necessarily convert it.

When you sync again, make a note of the specific error code on why it fails, and search for that specific code.
