Can't train Cortana

Sorry, a Verizon Icon and I did a full wipe and restore.

Ok, good. Now, I'm assuming that you now have the most recent update including the Denim Firmware?

Have you gone through the Cortana setup, where she asks what to call you?

Yep, Cortana works as it did with d.p. But now with denim "hey Cortana" does not work. I did a factory wipe and reset and it still does not work. Every thing else works as advertised.

It's working now, to much back ground noise and I guess you can talk to loud. Thanks for your help. Larry

​I am not able to train/ save "Hey, cortana" on my 1520 after denim update either. I tried all possible way but it doesnt accept any voice. Any ideas on training it?
