Can't update games app, Lumia 520, primary user <13 years old.

Is there any way to force the games app on WP 8.1? We have a Lumina 520 which refuses the update... each time we launch the games app it notifies that an update is available, but when we click "get it now" the store app launches and states "item not available". using bing vision to scan the qr code from this site for the app also results in the store error but from another phone (920) it works fine... we think it may be a problem with the windows phone store and accounts for people under 13... as this phone upgraded fine before a hard reset to pass the phone to a child. in fact from the windows phone store on the web we can see the app but it also fails with an error when we hit install and log into the minors MS account.

are minors forever stuck on the 2.0.1403.2 version of the games app?

He/she has to have the permission of his/her parent, the way to do it is going into your account,(www.windowsphone.com) click on family option and add your kid linked to your account!

Yeah, the child account is already linked to the parent account and they can install all others apps/games fine. this looks to be a bug in 8.1.
