can't update on latest preview build

hi guys, im currently on build 10800, everytime i try to update my 920 to latest build it always stop. i need your help guys. thanks

Downgrade back to 8.1 using the windows phone recovery tool (google/bing it), wait patiently for everything to load/ install then update to the latest available build
