Can't upgrade to Windows 10 - help?

I have a 1020 I want to upgrade to 10. I did a full reset, and then installed Windows Insider, and set it Insider Fast. It accepted it, and then I restarted it.

The problem is that when I check for updates, it says it's up to date. Are there any other steps I need to take in order to upgrade?

"Slow" and "fast" rings are for Redstone, not applicable to 1020. Please select"Release preview ring" in the insider app.

Did that solve the problem? were you able to install W10?

I tried choosing the insider preview but it still it says my phone is up to date. Is there any other way?
