Can't use wi-fi sharing in my Lumia 822

Hi can anyone help me about my problem im using lumia 822 and i'm located here in philippines my lumia 822 is already openline and I'm using globe telecom prepaid provider everytime I activate my internet sharing it always cancel i don't know why but if i used my gf xperia M phone using wi-fi hotspot same globe telecom prepaid provider it's working im very dissapointed is their anyway to enable my internet sharing?
