that looks great but turns out to be expensive at least in the US. including mounting plate/clip for my Civic it comes to $65.

Yes, but when you change phone model you buy only the device clip which is cheaper

I used to have a phone holder that used the vent but later on I realized that it was blocking my air conditioning so I switched up to an imagnet which I think is pretty cool...
