Change FB tile to show icon not cover pic?

I hate how the large tile for the Facebook app shows the cover photo instead of the icon. Is there any way to change it?

I thought it shows both the picture and the icon in the lower right corner?
if you only want the icon, you can download Start Perfect and pin a FB tile.
