the font size on internet pages keeps changing - how can I control that?

I haven't experience that yet but you can try to put your settings to Mobile Version when scanning the internet through your phone. Maybe that'll help.

If on pc > which browser are you using?

If on phone > Try Ivan's suggestion.. Also make sure you're not accidentally zooming in while scrolling.
