Changing gamertag

Hey guys,

Interested to know if you have a solution for my problem.

I want to change my gamertag, but I'm not able to add a creditcard. I have added an creditcard to my Microsoft account, but the Xbox account keeps asking for a US creditcard. As I live in The Netherlands I obviously don't have an American creditcard.

Tried to change regional settings, but they are already on NL, just as my Windows 10 settings. Any solutions?

I guess you can buy prepaid Xbox Credits?

I did change my gamertag way back in 09 I think paid with points.
