Charging plate failure?

I am an AT&T customer and received the free plate upon release, my plate no longer charges or even lights up when my phone is set on it. Is anyone else having a problem with theirs?

No issue here, had mine since last month. Next step, find out if it is your charger or your phone, and then get a replacement.

Charging with the USB cable works fine. I will have to hit the AT&T store this week to check on my options.

My wife's charging plate stopped working the other day.

We have been using 2 of them for the past 3 weeks or so with no problems. The other night she put her phone on the charge plate and in the morning it was dead. The next day we tried both of our phones and it fails to charge either phone. I noticed that when the phones were on the charge plate, the light had a long slow single blink. I looked it up and the documentation says this means your phone battery is at full charge (even though neither were). When I put my phone on her charger, it was at 34% (battery level). After about 10 minutes, it had dropped to 26%. I unplugged all the connections, unplugged it from the wall and connected it back up. We tried again with the same results (no charging).

I put her phone on my charge plate and it started charging with no issues.

I think it's dead. I wonder if the at&t store will replace it for us.
