Okay, this isn't Cortana but its a MS chatbot, called zo, you can chat to in FB messenger.
Apparently she likes rock fusion, watches spongebob and is worried about getting into school. She also stays up late, sleeps in, and has cold showers.
It was all very weird. Wasn't always entirely connected conversation, but here and there, it felt like it.
Anyone been chatting to zo?
