If i back up all my apps and then reset my phone, will i get all the message back when i will restore all apps? Like viber, hike messanger. Plz reply if u have any idea.

the apps have to support this feature - are you using windows 10 mobile? In settings >backup - you can see which apps can do a backup of their data

In that case, you don't know which apps can do the backup and which can't. In my experience, most social media and messaging apps cannot do the backup

I know for whatsapp you can email the chats to yourself so you have a backup copy but you won't be able to restore them
