Cheek putting calls on hold/mute

Anyone else having issues where when you hold the phone up to your face occasionally the mute/hold button get pushed by your face? I have not seen this with other Windows phones.

I tend to have the top of the phone touching the top of my ear and the phone tilted away from my face so no.
