Clasp Issues

Hello All,

Anyone who is having issues with their Microsoft Band Clasp, please participate in this poll.
 
Mine seems to be doing fine so far. For the record, push in the clasp without using the buttons on the side, so just about as careless as you can get.
 
Support has just finished setting me up with an Advanced Support exchange. Hopefully I should have my replacement Band on Friday; will update with any info on the lot and build quality. I suspect that all these initial Bands are from the same lot 1443; I haven't seen anyone report a different lot number yet.
 
My replacement band arrived today. The original Band was from LOT NO./ Date: 1443. The new Band is from LOT NO./ 1443 DATE: 1444.

Week 43 October 20, 2014 - October 26, 2014
Week 44 October 27, 2014 - November 2, 2014

so 1-2 week turn around to get more here isn't bad
 
Yep, mine broke just a few days after the warranty ran out. It's not so much the clasp as the band wore out where it connects to the clasp. I didn't even wear it every day. Microsoft quality is poor and they don't stand behind their products.
 
My Rubber Band snapped too, it's still under warranty but I've been told that this will probably not be covered.
We'll see.
