Clean install Windows 10 - PC Name

Has anyone else noticed that when doing a clean install of Windows 10 (either from DVD, USB, or Recovery), it never asks you to name your PC. It just creates a random name DESKTOP-XXXXXX.

I've seen it on my Surface tablet, desktop PC, and Media Center PC. I end up having to rename the PC after the fact.

I am late, but yes for me as well. It actually really bugs me because if you change the name, it does not sync with your microsoft account online
