colours not producing well, after display replacement

So, I had to change the display of my Lumia 720 after my touchscreen was broke. And I got it back today. When I got home and played a vidfeo, I noticed that black colour isn't reproduced properly. Remember some old displays, when you tilt it to an extreme angle, the black is seen as ash, with a blue tint? It's just like that. Grey colour is always shown with a blue tint, I first noticed this on the icon of Moliplayer pro. The grey keyboard is also the same.

It's driving me crazy.

Have you contacted the shop that repaired your device and asked them?

the display seems not to be a genuine item!!

Hmm... That would be it, I think. The shop I bought it from, replaced the part.

The shop guy said he'll 'have a look'.

Have him assure you it will be replaced with a genuine/original/OEM part or something.

We had some other people have their display replaced by a third party and received non-genuine parts. (While they did *work*, it wasn't as high quality.)

I doubt he will even accept the fact that it wasn't a genuine part.
