I know that this app may not speak a lot to the majority of users in this forum, but I decided to present it nevertheless since you sometimes cover apps from India and the UK (and no country is above another one) and we're talking about an Universal App, so it's beneficial to the Windows ecosystem.
Comboios de Portugal (or CP for short) is the main (well, it's the only one) railway company in Portugal. The objective of this app is to deliver a solid CP experience in Windows 8.1. CP doesn't have an official app in either of the Windows stores and the unofficial ones that do exist are very basic and uninteresting, so when I got a hold of a comprehensive Portuguese endeavor to make a public transportation platform to store and make available that kind of data, I took the opportunity to create the app. Following is store information and screenshots from both versions.

I know that the target audience of this app is bound to be VERY lower than that of my other apps (and it is), but I am proud to have done a more country-specific app (I am Portuguese after all) and of course that any new project consistently enhances my portfolio.
