Complete Accident Protection?

Anyone know if you have to activate Complete Accident Protection? I bought the two-year protection with my Surface Pro 4, and all I got was a card explaining it, which says nothing about whether I need to attach it to the device, activate it etc. Have searched the Microsoft website and can't find any info. Any help appreciated!

You don't need to activate it and it should be linked to the email address you gave them. All you have to do is give them your email and they should be able to see it.

Login to your Microsoft account and it will list your devices. You will see the warranty information there.
