Configuring update for windows 10 stuck

Configuring update for windows 10 is stuck at 55%.
This is the second time im trying to update from w8.1, the first time it ended with a blue screen (power state failure).
I have a hp laptop
4th Gen i5
4gb ram
And more than enough storage available.
Any help?

I'm also having this problem. My windows 10 update has been configuring for 12 hrs. I have not even got to installation yet. I've tweeted MS for help.

When does that occur? What happens before that, and what should happens after?
I myself have used the ISO provided by MS, did a clean install (you can also chose to keep your files, though everything I have is on my other partition), and I had 0 problems.
